Role Description:


This is a Full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer (Python) located in Andheri (west), Mumbai. As a Back End Team lead (Python), you will be responsible for developing high-quality, efficient, and maintainable software applications and APIs. It will be a team handling role.


Who can apply?


  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Excellent understanding of the Python programming language and its core libraries.
  3. Deep experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  4. Deep experience with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  5. Deep experience with RESTful API design and development.
  6. Deep understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming.
  7. Deep understanding of test methodologies, creating test plans, test cases and QA processes.
  8. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  9. Knowledge in Machine Learning , NLP & AI based Technologies.
  10. Knowledge in computer since algorithms.
  11. Deep experience with DevOps tools – CI/CD tools – GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, CircleCI, GitLab, BitBucket.


What will you do?


As a Python based Backend developer, you shall be responsible for software development of greenfield projects.. You will be working with a team of developers, collaborating on projects to create efficient and effective software solutions that meet the needs of clients or end-users in the testing domain.


  1. Solving critical, complex and challenging problems by designing and developing highly scalable, available and reliable user centric applications.
  2. Contribute and lead development across web application/app layers, backend systems, databases, open source code bases, streaming and other associated technologies.
  3. Research and adapt cutting edge technologies as per product requirements in a rapid paced environment.
  4. Write & review tech specs, mentor junior engineers and review code.
  5. Take initiatives and display high levels of ownership and commitment.
