Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP 7/8.- Work with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony frameworks to deliver scalable backend systems.- Lead architecture design discussions and guide junior developers.- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.- Manage database design, performance tuning, and complex query optimization in MySQL.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control practices, and secure development.- Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate dynamic and responsive UI components.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.- Conduct code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing sessions.- Stay up to date with the latest PHP trends, frameworks, and technologies.Required Skills :- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in PHP development.- Strong expertise in PHP 7/8, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.- Hands-on experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony frameworks.- Excellent understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and design patterns.- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems.- Familiarity with Git, Composer, and modern development workflows.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.- Good understanding of web security best practices.Good to Have :- Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React.js, or Angular.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud deployments (AWS / Azure).- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API versioning.- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
