Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.7. Manage sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales reporting.Requirements:1. MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience.2. Proven experience in HORECA sales, preferably with a leading FMCG/food company.3. Strong understanding of HORECA channels, market trends, and consumer behavior.4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.5.
