Role Title: Manager, Institutional SalesThis role will manage and lead the B2B & Institutional Business for SUGAR Cosmetics/SUGAR POP for Mumbai and expand across Country while engaging with Corporates & Pharma Clients.Role Expectation:- Manage the end-to-end B2B / Institution marketplaces as a custodian of SUGAR/SUGAR POP / Quench brands- Appointing new B2B Distributor (Regional / National) to Launch SUGAR, Pop & Quench portfolio of products in Corporate & Pharma Gifting and other potential B2B opportunities.- Demonstrate Strategic thinking to build the complete chassis of business growth- Lead the foundational work on Assortment planning -selection of the right SKUs, portfolio management, revenue management, listing negotiation and execution- Support Marketing team on B2B relevant content creation, pricing ensuring cold calls are made and generating high level of conversions - Shopper journey understanding: Develop a deep understanding of shopper journey in the competitive environment- what do consumers buy, how they buy, where they click, how they convert- Pricing and promotion planning & execution: Propose and close an SKU-level detailed pricing and promotion plan for the year and month. Understand and execute guardrails on offers and prices. Execute pricing, promotion, and deals to ensure optimum price execution as per the brand guardrails- Represent the brands SUGAR and SUGAR POP and plan, charter, execute and track the Joint Business Planning for the brands with regional distributor.- Manage the VLPL marketplaces account on the portal- including understanding and downloading reports, inventory management, shipment creation, reconciling inventory and payment reports, and negotiating and highlighting in case of gap.- Inventory & payments management- entire ownership of inventory and payment collections- P&L Management- manages entire budget / cost of doing business on marketplaces (all shipping and commission-related expenses), packaging expenses, pricing and promotion budgets to always drive P&L adherence- Internal selling- Occasionally, be the proposer and initiator for internally discussing and closing ideas that may drive growth for the account- Data, reports and presentations- Actively analyze and publish data related to the account during all monthly meetings and deadlines, including presentations for the management- External selling- prepare, plan and sell the various ideas and levers of growth Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:- At least 6+ years' experience in managing B2B / Institutional / Gifting Channel with reputed brand.- Strong analytical and negotiation skills- Highest Quality of Presentation Skills to External Clients a must.
