About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Technical Architect with deep expertise in Java and React to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will play a critical role in guiding the engineering team, defining technical standards, and ensuring the delivery of robust enterprise-grade Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end scalable architecture for enterprise applications using Java and React.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and engineers across the SDLC.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, performance, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, DevOps, and QA to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

- Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and troubleshoot complex problems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in software development and introduce innovative Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and React.js with hands-on development experience.

- Experience in designing and building scalable microservices architectures.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, database design (SQL & NoSQL), caching strategies, and security protocols.

- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architecture, and system design at scale.

- Prior experience in architecting B2B/B2C platforms or enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
