The Quality Tester Lead position will be accountable for leading all the quality testing aspects for quality planning, measurement and analysis, and capability analysis for our Banking applications.


The Quality Assurance Tester will collaborate with business analyst, developers and peers to understand the business needs of the capabilities being created to fulfill the responsibility of creating the overall testing plan, guiding and leading team for writing test case scenarios , test case execution, defect reporting, and daily status reporting on software and hardware : BE/Any Computer background graduate.


Exp : 2+ Yrs

Job Description :


1. Participate in Designing and developing product testing/quality processes


2. Develop thorough test plans and cases for multiple products and functional areas.


3. Having working knowledge on Emulator and simulator for Appium Jenkins,lamda test cloud device, APM integration with CICD pipeline


4. Strong testing experience in testing in Technical areas (such as databases, networking, C#.NET, Web services, Java Based applications, Web application testing etc.)


5. Knowledge of network protocols such as HTTP, TCP/IP


6. Working experience with testing of multithreaded application


7. Working experience in automating testing and manual testing


8. Perform complex testing to ensure quality standards are met


9. Clearly communicate testing results, defects, and status on a regular basis, and help to determine critical

path decisions.


10. Apply and improve department and corporate processes, procedures, and standards.


11. Expertise in manual and automation testing applications in Web, Mobile, Desktop, DB and Web service testing


12. Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Load Testing


13. Creation of test data for different types of testing


14. Writing test plans and test cases


15. Strong analytical, communication, Team leading and guiding, and problem solving skills


16. Must have the ability to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects.


17. Contribute directly to the refinement and improvement of testing procedures and test plans.


18. Self motivated, proactive, dynamic team player with a positive attitude
