The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.- Participate in software design and architecture discussions.- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams.- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Maintain version control using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate.- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SDLC best practices.- Experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services.- Hands-on with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).- Experience with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and Git/JIRA.- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.- Excellent communication skills.- Educational Qualification: BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Tech/BE in Computer Science or related fields.- Must have finance domain experience.Interview Process :1.
