Description :We are looking for a passionate and experienced Android Developer with strong expertise in Kotlin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of mobile development principles and will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accessible, and scalable Android :- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development life cycle.- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into mobile applications.- Ensure mobile applications meet accessibility and usability standards.- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.- Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, build, deployment, and maintenance.- Follow DevOps practices for CI/CD and automation.- Apply methodologies such as BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), ATDD (Acceptance Test-Driven Development), and TDD (Test-Driven Development) in day-to-day development.- Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.- Lead and influence key stakeholders when required.Requirements :- 5+ years of hands-on commercial software development experience in Android using Kotlin.- BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline.- Solid understanding of software development principles and mobile platform limitations.- Proven experience in building and publishing Android applications.- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.- Deep understanding of mobile accessibility standards and implementation.- Experience working in Agile/Lean environments.- Exposure to DevOps models and CI/CD pipelines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong team player with leadership potential.
