Compensation Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional to manage and enhance our compensation and benefits programs. This role involves designing competitive compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements while aligning programs with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
- Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and perform market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay.
- Provide compensation recommendations and reporting in the areas of data analytics, performance management, and compensation administration.
- Support job banding review preparation: analyze job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure.
- Develop compensation packages for internal and external hires.
- Implement and maintain compensation administration systems and Workday application program.
- Support year-end compensation planning process through performance management process.
- Collaborate with HR Partners and Recruiters on compensation-related issues and questions.
- Assist in C&B analytics to drive C&B actions.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, manage vendors, and ensure smooth delivery of health, insurance, and retirement plans.
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and develop/uphold compensation and benefits policies.
Employee Communication: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and enhance transparency regarding total rewards programs.
Collaboration: Work with HR, finance, and leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
