NDI is recognized for its high success rates and its role in shaping defense aspirants' careers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a NDA Chemistry Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons on chemistry concepts tailored to the NDA curriculum. The role involves designing customized learning materials, conducting practical training sessions, and providing individualized guidance to students. The NDA Chemistry Trainer will also evaluate student progress and contribute to the academic development of candidates preparing for defense exams.Qualifications- Proficiency in Chemistry concepts, including General Chemistry and its applications - Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to align teaching strategies with exam requirements - Strong skills in Teaching and delivering complex scientific topics in an accessible and engaging manner - Familiarity with Laboratory Skills and their relevance in academic contexts - Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students towards achieving their academic and career goals - Relevant teaching experience, particularly in preparing students for competitive exams - Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred - Fluent in Hindi
