Machine vision is a rapidly growing subfield of engineering which encompasses computer science, optics, mechanical engineering and industrial automation.

Some common applications of Machine Vision include automated inspection and measurement of manufactured goods such as, industrial components, automobiles, food, Textile and pharmaceuticals, etc.

Machine vision systems are programmed to perform narrowly defined tasks such as counting objects on a conveyor, high speed sorting, reading serial numbers, analysing surface defects in assembly inspection, and dimensional measurements.

Manufacturers favour machine vision systems for high-speed, high-magnification, 24-hour operation, and

repeatability of measurements.

Job Description :


As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for our machine vision systems. You will be working on a team of talented engineers to create innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :


- Design, develop, and implement robust software applications using C# and WPF/WinForms for machine vision systems.


- Develop user-friendly and efficient graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for machine vision systems.


- Optimize software performance for real-time image processing and analysis.


- Integrate machine vision algorithms and libraries into software applications.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, optics, applications) to develop comprehensive machine vision solutions.


- Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and debugging.


- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine vision and software development Skills :


- Proficiency in C# programming language and object-oriented programming concepts.


- Strong experience with WPF or WinForms frameworks for UI development.


- Knowledge of image processing and computer vision algorithms (preferred).


- Familiarity with machine vision hardware and interfaces (cameras, lenses, lighting).


- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.


- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
