About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our Pune-based team. The role involves designing and developing scalable enterprise applications and microservices using Java technologies. Candidates with full stack capabilities are preferred.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.- Collaborate with front-end developers to build end-to-end solutions (using Angular, React, or similar).- Implement database solutions using both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and agile ceremonies.- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practice guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 4- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) for Full Stack roles.- Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control systems (Git), and agile methodologies.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
