Description : Location : PuneExperience : 5 YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role : Were looking for an experienced Data Engineer who can take ownership as an individual contributor and work across Azure-based data platforms. If you have hands-on expertise in Databricks, Data Factory, SQL, and Power BI, this is an excellent opportunity to join a data-driven environment where your work directly impacts business decisions.Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.- Write Python scripts for data processing and automation.- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring high performance and accuracy.- Implement data warehousing best practices, including star and snowflake schemas.- Collaborate with finance teams to understand and support financial data models and reporting needsMandatory Skills : - Azure Databricks (Data Processing, Transformations, Notebooks)- Azure Data Factory (Pipelines, Integration)- SQL (Optimization, Stored Procedures)- Python (Data Manipulation, Automation)- Power BI (Reporting, Debugging, Optimization)- Data Modeling & Data Warehousing ConceptsWhat Were Looking For : - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer- Strong understanding of BI principles and data architecture- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
