Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python-Django Lead Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex web applications using the Django framework. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the quality and maintainability of our codebase.

A Day in Your Life :

- Lead the development and implementation of web applications using Python and Django.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests.

- Implement secure and scalable RESTful APIs.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the Python and Django ecosystems.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Contribute to the overall technical vision and direction of the in the spotlight :


- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Python developer with a strong focus on Django.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (a plus).

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) (a plus).

- Experience with DevOps practices (a plus).
