About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of SAP Subscription Billing (BRIM) solutions tailored to client needs.

Configure SAP Subscription Billing for subscription-based business models, including recurring billing, usage-based billing, and other complex pricing structures.

Integrate Subscription Billing with other SAP modules, such as SAP Convergent Charging, FI-CA, and CRM, ensuring seamless process flow.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements, design specifications, and workflows.

Provide subject matter expertise in subscription billing processes, pricing models, and best practices.

Work closely with development teams to customize and enhance SAP Subscription Billing functionalities.

Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscription billing processes and integrations.

Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical and functional knowledge transfer.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

7+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Subscription Billing (SAP BRIM).

Strong understanding of subscription and usage-based billing models.

Experience with SAP Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, and integration with FI-CA.

Proficiency in SAP Cloud technologies and SAP S/4HANA.

Strong experience in SAP customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Ability to lead workshops and gather business requirements.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

SAP BRIM certification is a plus.

  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies is preferred.
