Technical Lead

Job title : SRS-Dot Net REACT Technical Lead(Shift-based job : 2 PM/3 PM IST to 12 AM/1 AM IST)Location : PuneWork mode : 5 days WFOExperience : 7 yearsExpected Scope of work / Responsibilities : - Review all the technical artifact delivered from team and ensure quality is meet.- Architect Collaborate with software Architect from onsite for all architectural decision. Make sure development team adheres to design- Technology Roadmap Understand the current technology roadmap for platform. Update it according to business vision. Have detailed collaboration with onsite TA.- Provide prompt and accurate response to technical issues faced by team members and ensure proper updates and closure of all technical issues.- Coordinate with different teams for technical dependency and follow up with them in order to resolve the problem.- Provide high-level effort estimate for changes.- Make sure impact analysis is through for all user stories.- Create guidelines for technical e.g. code review, commit- Build and release -> Review existing process, provide improvement suggestion.- Build and release -> will be held responsible for on time delivery on INT / QA / Prod deployment. Should coordinate and make sure with other TLs that code review and merge is happening on time as per defined monthly cadence.- Code Review quality -> Check code review done by other TLs. Provide suggestions for improvement.- Technical Risks -> identify technical risks in advance. Communicate it to PM and propose plan for mitigation / prevention.- During IST time, support team in case blocker issue come during development whose TL is working from US location.- Provide inputs on technical competency development plan for team. Conduct workshop on future technology with team- Provide support in efficiently troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2 issues in a timely manner to meet the organizations contractual commitments.- Support Project Managers to ensure the processes are followed promptly- Ensure the Information security and Data Protection is taken care of during the Impact analysis as well as during RDCT.- Any deviations regarding Information Security, Data Protection and OSS usage shall be identified and escalated during Impact Analysis itself.- Effective code reviews to ensure adherence to coding guidelines, performance as well as functional aspects.- Help team members for 100% unit test coverage.- Address hot fixes as they arise in production at the highest priority.- Understand the SEP process and follow the guidelines on every change request.- Follow GDPR guidelines on all new implementation.- Analyze the give guidance to team on fixing penetration testing threats and risks.- Be aware of CWE and OWASP to check for vulnerabilities during the new development process.- Make sure to do the Performance analysis during the major changes in the platform.- Always eager to look for areas of improvement and up to date knowledge in latest technologies.- Review and Guide the team on Solution design for the change request.- Knowledge in Azure DevOps and giving guidelines/instructions in setting up the pipelines.- Make sure everyone following the standard practices and guidelines for coding. Make sure the team is not introducing any more technical debt on any new development. Utilization of tools and plugins like Sonarlint, SonarQube and Resharper.- Make sure the compiler warnings are reduced- Min 7 to 9 years of experience of Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on REACT, C#, .NET, Web API, and Azure.- Proven experience in developing and deploying applications in cloud environments, particularly Skills : Hands-On experience on : - .NET Core, CSharp- WebAPI- ReactJS,- Redux,- Hooks,- Entity Framework Core,- Microservices,- Azure,- JQuery,- HTML5,- Database using Entity framework, MVC Framework, REST API using MVC, Bootstrap, MS SQL Server.- Version control using GIT or similar- Agile Methodologies : Understanding of Agile development practices and experience working in Agile teams.- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Minimum Qualification : BE/ BTech, MCA, MTech (ref:hirist.tech)
