SAP HR Functional Consultant

Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Head - HR Systems to lead and manage the operations and projects across SAP HR and SuccessFactors platforms. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Talent Management, and Recruiting (RCM). This role requires hands-on leadership to oversee end-to-end HR systems management, integration, and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities :- Manage daily operations and administration of HR systems including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.- Lead and deliver large-scale integration and transformation projects involving SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules.- Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable HR system solutions.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.- Ensure compliance and efficient processing of India Payroll within SAP HCM.- Design and manage roles, authorizations, and security settings across the HR platforms.- Oversee system customizations and enhancements utilizing ABAP, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and middleware tools (CPI, PI/PO, ODATA).- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) with certifications in SAP HR & SuccessFactors.- 8-10 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, RCM, etc.).- Strong technical skills in ABAP programming, roles and authorizations, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and SAP integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, ODATA).- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex HR system projects independently.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
