Job Title: Senior Data Scientist – Gen AI / LLM / ForecastingLocation: Bangalore (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement)Experience: 8+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and Gen AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Machine Learning, LLMs (Large Language Models), and Time Series Forecasting, along with hands-on experience in AWS cloud-based AI solutions. This role will involve designing, building, and deploying intelligent, data-driven solutions to support critical business decisions and automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Develop, train, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems in forecasting and optimization. - Design and implement Time Series Forecasting models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM, etc.) for demand, pricing, or trend prediction. - Build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise-level Gen AI applications. - Create and manage Generative AI solutions (text generation, summarization, conversational agents, etc.) using frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI API, or Hugging Face. - Explore and implement Agentic AI frameworks to automate data analysis and decision-making pipelines. - Work with AWS Cloud Services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, Bedrock, etc.) to build scalable ML and AI workflows. - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights. - Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders and leadership teams.Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. - Proven experience with Time Series Forecasting models and statistical analysis. - Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning). - Expertise in LLM (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.) and Gen AI model fine-tuning. - Exposure to Agentic AI workflows or autonomous agent frameworks. - Solid programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Hands-on experience with AWS ML stack (SageMaker, Lambda, Bedrock, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
