Earthful is an early stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate passionate about scaling a startup.

About the Role

As Earthful continues to expand, the Warehouse Manager will play a key role in operational excellence ensuring seamless fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and scaling capacity in line with business targets.

Location:Fulltime, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day tasks including inbound and outbound logistics, order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
  • Forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations improving lead times, reducing errors, and increasing productivity.
  • Ensure that warehoused products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, especially for health supplements.
  • Maintain and optimize workflows through WMS and ERP systems, integrating with broader supply chain tools.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics partners, courier services, and suppliers to ensure smooth stock movement and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse staff, establish KPIs (e.g., accuracy, throughput, fulfillment SLAs), and foster a culture of ownership.
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, and CX teams to support launches, handle demand surges, and maintain service consistency.

Skills

  • 2–5 years managing warehouse or fulfillment ops in D2C, FMCG, or nutraceuticals.
  • Hands-on with WMS/ERP, inventory systems, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
  • Prior experience in similar field is a plus.
