Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality training data.🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services.🔍 Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and LLMs; experiment with new techniques to keep our solutions on the cutting edge.🚀 Model Fine-Tuning & Deployment: Evaluate, fine-tune, and validate models for optimal performance and accuracy. Oversee end-to-end deployment and scaling of AI systems.📝 Quality & Documentation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, document technical designs, and share model performance metrics.📚 Qualifications🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.💻 Technical Skills: 4–10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with Python.
