Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and inspiring Science Teacher who can bring energy and innovation into the classroom. The ideal candidate will teach Science subjects aligned with the CBSE curriculum, encouraging students to develop scientific thinking, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) across assigned grade levels as per CBSE curriculum.
• Lesson Planning: Prepare engaging and practical lesson plans with clear learning outcomes.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
• Classroom Management: Create an inclusive, well-disciplined, and interactive learning environment.
• Parent Communication: Collaborate with parents to share student progress and provide support strategies.
• Professional Development: Attend workshops and actively engage in institutional academic initiatives.
Qualification Requirements
• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc/MA) in any Science discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science) OR
• Any Graduate/Postgraduate who has completed relevant Science-related certifications/courses from a recognized institution
• B.Ed. is preferred
• M.Ed. is an added advantage for senior-level roles
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written) and working knowledge of MS Office tools
Qualification Levels
• Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). Responsible for core classroom teaching.
• Master Level: 4–8 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). Can support junior teachers and assist in lab-based learning design.
• Developer Level: 9+ years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred). Leads departmental initiatives and contributes to curriculum development.
