Team of Second-time Entrepreneurs, Bankers and growth Fanatics.Job Responsibilities: Lead and oversee theMutual Funds KYC division , ensuring smooth end-to-end operations with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring timely completion of KYC processing, onboarding, and related operational activities. Coordinate with intermediary platformssuch as BSE Star, Redvision, and others to ensure seamless data flow and operational integration. Act as a point of escalation forsub-distributors and customers , providing support on KYC, onboarding, and approval-related matters. Review and finalize reportsprepared by the team for internal processes and client information purposes. Overseeprocessing of new entity applications , ensuring accurate data entry and uploading in DBMS software. Monitor and maintain data accuracy throughdaily administrative support and quality checksusing MS Excel and other internal tools. Ensure effective resolution ofcustomer queries(new and existing) related to KYC and investment processing, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Prepare and reviewmonthly performance and operational reports , sharing insights with management for continuous process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Compliance) to enhance automation and efficiency within KYC operations. Key Requirements: Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills. Experience in mutual fund operations or KYC processes preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, DBMS, and related tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Salary:Negotiable based on experience and skill set.
