Experienced Quality professional with a total of 5-7 years of experience, of which at least 3 years should be in Process Improvement related roles

Should have hands-on working experience in publishing industry (Driven any improvement projects) at least for 2-3 years

Should have completed Six Sigma Green Belt

Should have done at least 3 Green belt level and 10 or more small improvement projects

Good communication skills

Good Process understanding and support and guide the team

Management of feedback / escalation trackers with proper resolution

Drive quality improvement and efficiency projects

Good command over Quality concepts (like 7 QC tools, Pareto chart, Control chart, Fishbone diagram, Correlation, MIS Dashboards etc.,)

Should have a go getting attitude in doing the process walkthrough and identify Project Improvement opportunities

Good in Excel, Word and PPT

Supporting Quality managers for Lean Sig Sigma training program, project evaluation and certification

Mentoring PI project leaders to ensure successful and on-time completion of projects

Conducting internal audit for the ISO and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are completed

Training skills is an added advantage

Team Management – Team trainings , attendance and leaves
