The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Outstanding talent sourcing abilities: A proven ability to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent across diverse domains and levels of experience.
Thorough talent management expertise: Capability to design and execute strategies that foster growth, retention, and development of talent with clear vision on growth plans at the individual level.
Strong communication and cultural insights: Skilled in driving employee engagement, shaping organizational culture, and bridging communication across teams. Verbal communication is key for this role.
Operational excellence in a fast-paced environment: A result-oriented mindset engineered to thrive in high-performance settings across Editorial, Business, and Technology divisions.
Work experience: We are hiring for HR Professionals with 2 - 12 years of work experience. Media centric experience is not mandatory.
