Role : Principal organization is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Principal Engineer to drive technical excellence and innovation across various projects. As a Principal Engineer, you will be a technical leader, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions while mentoring engineering teams and engaging with clients. - Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams, setting architectural direction, and ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure software solutions, considering factors like performance, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Leverage your expertise in multiple programming languages, with a primary focus on Python, and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new languages and frameworks (Node.js, Java, Golang, TypeScript).

- Contribute to both backend and potentially frontend development as needed, demonstrating a broad understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Design, develop, and integrate robust and scalable RESTful APIs for seamless communication between various systems.

- Architect and implement solutions leveraging cloud technologies, primarily AWS, ensuring optimal utilization of cloud services.

- Integrate with cybersecurity tools such as Splunk, QRadar, and ArcSight to enhance security

monitoring and incident response capabilities.

- Design and implement integrations with various platforms, including XDR, SIEM, SOAR, Data Lake, and Threat Intelligence platforms (preferred).

- Tackle complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and drive their implementation.

- Promote and enforce high code quality through code reviews, advocating for best practices,

and establishing coding standards.

- Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, fostering their technical growth and

knowledge sharing within the team.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients, building trust and

managing expectations.

- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the organization.

- Actively participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and :

- 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering roles, with a demonstrable track record of leading technical initiatives.

- Expert-level proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.

- Solid working knowledge of Node.js and Java.

- Experience with Golang and TypeScript.

- Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a strong understanding of its core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, RDS).

- Familiarity with cyber security monitoring and analysis tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight.

- Experience integrating with XDR, SIEM, SOAR, Data Lake, and Threat Intelligence platforms.

- Proven experience working within IT Services companies, demonstrating adaptability to

diverse projects and fast-paced environments.
