Job Description :As a Senior React Native Developer at our company based in Indore MP (On-Site), you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our mobile applications.With a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, you will leverage your expertise in React Native to architect and design features for both iOS and Android platforms.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the development of complex React Native applications, prioritizing high performance, scalability, and maintainability.- You will be responsible for designing mobile app features and components while collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new functionalities.- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.- Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback to peers and junior developers, and troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and defects within the applications.- Stay updated with industry trends, React Native updates, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.- Additionally, lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.Requirements :- Professional experience of 4+ years in React Native development.- Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.- Understanding of mobile app architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.- Knowledge of native code integration (Swift, Objective-C), build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.- Experience with unit testing, end-to-end testing frameworks, and strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Preferred Skills :- Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).- Familiarity with mobile app analytics, performance monitoring, and user feedback tools.- Exposure to advanced React Native features such as animations, offline storage, and push notifications (ref:hirist.tech)
