This role combines advanced analytical capabilities with business intelligence expertise to optimize decision-making, enhance system interoperability, and drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the telecom, IT, networking, and AI domains. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large datasets (customer, sales, network, and product data) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools likePower BI, Tableau, or Looker. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align data with organizational goals. Build predictive models and apply statistical techniques to forecast business outcomes and detect anomalies. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency through validation and cleaning processes. Contribute to data pipeline optimization, ETL workflows, and cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Translate analytical findings into recommendations to improve customer experience, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years’ experienceas a Data Analyst (preferably in telecom, IT, or related industries). Proficiency inSQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or Rfor data manipulation and analysis. Strong skills indata visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Experience working withdatabases (SQL & NoSQL)and large-scale datasets. Clear understanding ofdata warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud analytics. Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to HaveExposure tomachine learning techniques(clustering, regression, classification, anomaly detection). Familiarity withnetwork/telecom datasets, IoT, or time-series data. Hands-on experience withbig data frameworks(Hadoop, Spark, Databricks). Knowledge ofgeospatial dataand related tools (QGIS, ArcGIS). Certification in Data Analytics or BI platforms (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.). What We Look ForA passion for data analysis with a keen eye for uncovering insights and patterns.
