Job Title : Principal Officer - AIF FundDepartment : Legal OperationsReports To : DirectorLocation : Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar -GujaratJob Summary :Steptrade Share Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled Principal Officer for our AIF Fund based in Gandhinagar GIFT City, with a working location in Ahmedabad.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the management and execution of AIF strategies in alignment with company goals.- Oversee portfolio structuring, risk management, and fund performance analysis.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for AIF operations.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEBI and GIFT City regulations affecting AIFs.- Implement stringent compliance frameworks and manage regular audits.- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure prompt reporting.- Collaborate with internal teams, investors, and external partners to maintain strong relationships.- Lead client onboarding processes and ensure high standards of client service.- Facilitate investor communication by preparing detailed fund reports and Master's degree in Finance, Investment Management, or related field.- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.- Demonstrated experience in GIFT City or similar financial hubs is a plus.- A deep understanding of AIF regulations and compliance practices.Experience Requirement:- Minimum of 5 years of post-master's experience in Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) or related financial sectors (ref:iimjobs.com)
