We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Service Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of advanced cybersecurity services and solutions. This role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless deployment and management of Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and Advisory services, while driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping cybersecurity service strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and overseeing a high-performing, security-focused team to ensure the highest levels of service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery Leadership:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and Advisory services to clients, ensuring service excellence, high-quality delivery, and client satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Cybersecurity Architecture Oversight:
  • Guide the design, development, and implementation of security architectures for Managed XDR, Attack Surface Reduction, and other cybersecurity solutions. Ensure these architectures are scalable, resilient, and aligned with the organization's security strategy.
• SOC Operations Leadership:
  • Manage the operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), optimizing monitoring, incident management, and response processes. Ensure that SOC capabilities meet both business and client needs, delivering effective security solutions while maintaining high operational efficiency.
• Incident & Escalation Management:
  • Take ownership of escalations related to security events and incidents, leading the development and execution of response processes for complex security incidents. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for incident management.
• SLA & Process Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and cultivate a culture of operational excellence through process optimization, compliance management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Governance & Metrics:
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to enhance governance, quality, and efficiency in cybersecurity service delivery. Drive operational improvements to continuously optimize performance.
• Threat Management & Detection:
  • Lead proactive threat management efforts, including threat modeling and hunting. Enhance detection capabilities by improving detection rules and use cases, boosting the effectiveness of security monitoring and threat intelligence.
• Team Training & Development:
  • Ensure continuous skill development for the architecture and delivery teams, providing ongoing training to keep ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and evolving technologies.
• Cybersecurity Maturity & Resilience:
  • Advise clients on strategies to enhance their cybersecurity maturity and resilience. Lead assessments of clients' security postures, recommending improvements to strengthen their cybersecurity frameworks.
• Solution Design & Communication:
  • Evaluate client needs and design customized cybersecurity solutions that meet their specific requirements. Clearly communicate the value of these solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Security Assessments:
  • Lead and execute comprehensive IT security assessments for both on-premises and cloud environments, identifying vulnerabilities, risks, and threats, and delivering actionable reports to clients.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Engage with senior leadership, clients, and technical teams to ensure alignment between security strategies, business goals, and client expectations. Effectively present complex security concepts to all stakeholders.
• Sales & Proposal Support:
  • Support sales efforts by contributing to proposals, developing security practices, and collaborating with business development teams to expand client relationships and drive growth.
• Project Delivery:
  • Lead the delivery of complex security projects, ensuring that high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
• Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration:
  • Promote a collaborative environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork to address complex cybersecurity challenges and provide clients with innovative solutions.
• Enterprise Security Leadership:
  • Provide strategic direction for the organization's cybersecurity initiatives, including the development of long-term security strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Cybersecurity Strategy & Technology Updates:
  • Regularly review and refine cybersecurity strategies to stay ahead of emerging threats, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for ongoing engagement and ensuring client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on service delivery and cybersecurity solutions.

Certifications:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Cloud security certifications from major Cloud Service Providers (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, Google Cloud Architect) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) / Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK).

Desired Skills & Experience:

• SOC Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of SOC operations, design, and management, including experience with domain administration, network architecture, and change control procedures.
• Risk Management Expertise:
  • Familiarity with IT risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001/27002, and others.
• Cybersecurity Technologies:
  • Hands-on experience with MDR, EDR, XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IDS/IPS, NTA, UEBA, DLP, and similar technologies.
• Cloud Security Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud security practices, specifically within AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Threat Landscape Awareness:
  • Strong understanding of modern cyber threats, risk management, and incident response best practices.
• Vendor & Client Management:
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and client expectations throughout engagement cycles.
• Security Solution Design:
  • Expertise in designing and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
