We're Hiring: Lead Data Scientists / Data Visualization Experts (Python) & Data Engineers

Location: Remote | Work from Anywhere

Experience Level: Lead / Senior (Production-Level Expertise Required)

About the Project

We are working on an exciting initiative to build a cutting-edge dataset of visualizations for LLM training. This involves creating compelling visualizations, replicating dashboards from images, extracting insights, and designing prompts that fuel the next generation of AI-driven analytics.

If you are passionate about data storytelling, visualization engineering, and production-grade code, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality visualizations using Python libraries (matplotlib, plotly, bokeh, dash).
  • Replicate dashboards from existing images with precision and creativity.
  • Perform data wrangling & engineering to prepare clean, structured datasets.
  • Evaluate insights and transform them into actionable visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to LLM training workflows.
  • Write scalable, production-ready code with best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python (pandas, matplotlib, plotly, bokeh, dash).
  • Proven experience in data wrangling & preprocessing.
  • Advanced data visualization skills with a keen eye for design and insights.
  • Solid foundation in data engineering workflows.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Prior experience working at Lead / Senior level, delivering production-grade solutions.
