The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.Role Overview -We are looking for a Quick Commerce Lead to spearhead our presence across all quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.). This is a people manager role where you'll be responsible for driving growth, managing a team, and owning the P&L; of the channel.The ideal candidate is execution-focused, analytical, and results-driven, with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to build a 1-to-10 business, scout opportunities, and ensure Nat Habit is future-ready in the fast-evolving quick commerce space.Key Responsibilities -1. Business Ownership: Own top-line and bottom-line for the quick commerce channel; deliver sustainable growth and profitability.2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team to drive flawless execution across platforms.3. Platform Management: Manage partnerships with all quick commerce platforms; drive visibility, discoverability, and consumer engagement.4. Growth Strategy: Identify and unlock new opportunities within quick commerce ecosystems to accelerate business growth.5. Execution Excellence: Ensure smooth operations across listings, promotions, campaigns, and platform hygiene.6. Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and take data-driven decisions to optimize revenue and margins.7. Future Readiness: Build long-term strategies to strengthen our quick commerce presence and stay ahead of competition.8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, category management) to deliver results.What We're Looking For -Experience: 5-8 years in e-commerce / quick commerce / FMCG, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills2. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability3. Highly execution-focused and result-oriented4. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team5.
