Position Overview: The Technical Lead is responsible foroverseeing the technical direction, design, and developmentof software or IT projects. This role combineshands-on codingwithtechnical leadership , mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving the successful delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead thedesign, development, and implementationof software applications or systems. Translatebusiness and functional requirementsinto scalable technical solutions. Providetechnical guidance, mentorship, and code reviewsto development team members. Define and enforcecoding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices . Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Participate intechnical design discussionsandarchitecture reviews . Identify and resolveperformance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and technical risks . Evaluate and recommendnew tools, frameworks, and technologiesto improve productivity. Manageversion control ,build pipelines , andCI/CD processes . Ensuresecurity, maintainability, and documentationstandards are met across all projects. Supportrecruitment, training, and performance evaluationof technical team members. Act as atechnical point of contactfor stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g.,Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Node.js ). Hands-on experience withfront-end and/or back-end frameworks(React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django, .NET Core, etc.). Solid understanding ofsoftware architecture principles ,design patterns , andmicroservices . Experience withdatabases(SQL and NoSQL),APIs , andcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge ofDevOps practices ,CI/CD pipelines , andversion control systems(Git). Excellentproblem-solving ,analytical , andcommunicationskills. Proven ability tolead and motivate development teamsin agile or hybrid environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience withcloud-native development ,containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) , orserverless architecture . Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologiesand tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Knowledge oftesting frameworks ,code quality tools , andautomated deployment . Certifications such asAWS Certified Developer ,Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate , orScrum Masterare a plus. Prior experience intechnical project managementorclient-facing solution delivery .
