About the RoleTheManager — IT & Digital Transformationwill spearhead Kingston’s technological modernization across its education and healthcare verticals. The role blends IT infrastructure leadership with digital strategy — ensuring network reliability, cybersecurity, ERP integration, and workflow automation across campuses and Kingston General Hospital. This position demands a professional capable ofleading multi-domain technology projects , managing cross-functional teams, and establishing adigitally intelligent institutional ecosystemthat supports learning, administration, and analytics. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee thecampus, office, and hospital IT infrastructure , including servers, LAN/Wi-Fi, biometrics, and CCTV systems. Lead a team ofwebsite developers, MIS executives, and ERP vendorsensuring system reliability and modernization. Manage and optimizecloud infrastructure(Google Workspace, AWS, or equivalent) and server uptime across units. Driveworkflow automation , data visualization dashboards, and cross-department digital reporting systems. SuperviseCRM and ERP integrationsfor academic, administrative, and healthcare operations. Overseedigital marketing technology operations— including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics coordination. Establishcybersecurity protocolsand ensure institutional data compliance and privacy standards. ImplementAgile/Scrum methodologiesfor IT, MIS, and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with institutional heads and vendors for smooth execution of IT-enabled projects. Foster a culture ofinnovation, accountability, and continuous improvementwithin digital teams. Qualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or MBA–IT . 5–10 years of experiencein IT management, digital transformation, or ERP-led institutional modernization. Proven experience inproject management frameworks(Agile/Scrum preferred). Hands-on knowledge ofMeta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools, SEO, and analytics dashboards . Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across education, healthcare, and administrative functions.
