Job Title: Business Finance PartnerLocation: Bangalore Role level: Mid-Level Company: Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. About Us: We are a full-spectrum Ayurvedic company spanning products, wellness resorts, Academies & Clinics. We are supported by a vast network of medical resources including 30 clinics, 4 hospitals, and 3 retreat centers, serving clients holistically. Role Overview: As a Business Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support the scaling efforts of our business operations. This role is ideal for folks with a strong background in finance and a passion for contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Variance Analysis : Perform periodic variance analysis to identify key gaps & work towards bridging the gap along with the BU heads Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to drive financial performance. Provide financial guidance on business operations, investment opportunities, and cost management. Scaling Strategy: Support the company’s expansion efforts by identifying financial opportunities, risks, and key metrics for growth. Assist in optimizing financial processes to support scalability. Reporting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team. Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures without compromising on quality or company values. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including new project evaluations, product launches, and market expansions. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and alignment. Scaling support: Hands on involvement in helping scale the business from 0-1. Proactive, self starter,willingness to learn & grow with the company Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, Master's degree in Finance or related fields 1-4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably with exposure to scaling businesses or working in the healthcare/wellness sector. *4-7 years with relevant industry experience could qualify for Senior Business Finance Partner*. Strong analytical skills with a fair understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving growth and making a meaningful impact. Proficiency in Excel.
