Join a growing consultancy that values professionalism, cultural understanding, and genuine student success.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Commission & Provider Liaison Officer with proven expertise in claiming education commissions on behalf of an agency from Australian colleges and universities. This role is ideal for someone who understands provider agreements, commission policies, payment cycles, and follow-up processes to ensure accurate and timely commission payments. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end commission claims for student enrolments, working closely with education providers, internal counsellors, and finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLodge and manage commission claims with colleges and universities for enrolled students Maintain and monitor provider commission agreements and payment terms Track student enrolments, commencements, withdrawals, and deferrals affecting commission Follow up with institutions on outstanding or delayed commission payments Reconcile commission statements with student records and enrolment confirmations Ensure compliance with provider policies and documentation requirements Maintain accurate commission tracking reports and payment schedules Act as the main point of contact between the agency and education providers for commission mattersRequired Experience & SkillsProven experience in education commission claiming (Australian colleges & universities preferred) Strong understanding of education agent agreements and commission structures Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and commission tracking tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple provideIdeal CandidateFormer or current Education Agent Admin / Commission Officer Education agency professional with strong provider networks Freelancer or contractor specialising in education commission management
