Assistant Lead Engineer / Lead Engineer – Data ScienceLocation: Nagpur (Onsite)Experience: 4–7 years (Assistant Lead Engineer) | 6–8 years (Lead Engineer)Compensation: Up to ₹22 LPA (Assistant Lead) | Up to ₹28 LPA (Lead) MAX️ Joining: Immediate to 30 daysKey Responsibilities- Demonstrate technical proficiency in at least one data science domain: Computer Vision / NLP / ML / Forecasting. - Translate client requirements into actionable project tasks and technical deliverables. - Lead and guide project teams in designing, developing, and deploying data solutions. - Provide technical mentorship to team members on tools, algorithms, and best practices. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, model performance benchmarks, and data accuracy. - Drive innovation and contribute to the creation of new data science solution offerings. - Identify opportunities for upskilling and promote a culture of learning within the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable value. - Stay updated on emerging data science trends and recommend new methodologies or tools. - Begin developing skills in data engineering, MLOps, product engineering, or cloud platforms.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong hands-on experience with Python / R / TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn / Keras. - Expertise in model building, validation, and deployment. - Working knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model interpretability. - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to mentor teams and handle complex projects independently.
