Position Overview:

- We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of IoT Department to lead our initiatives in the rapidly evolving Internet of Things (IoT) domain.

- This strategic role requires an expert who can drive innovation, operational efficiencies, and technology integration, ensuring our IoT solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking IoT roadmap, identifying key initiatives to drive business value and market competitiveness.

- Technology Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging IoT technologies, integrating them into cutting-edge product solutions that enhance security and efficiency.

- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.

- Project Execution: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of IoT-based security solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Market Strategy & Insights: Analyze industry trends and customer requirements to align IoT projects with evolving market needs.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product management, sales, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless IoT integration into our product portfolio.

- Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with technology vendors, industry leaders, and research institutions to drive IoT innovation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IoT, or related fields.

- Experience: Proven leadership in IoT, technology, or digital transformation domains, with a strong technical foundation.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IoT architecture, protocols, cloud computing, embedded systems, and cybersecurity.

- Project & Program Management: Strong analytical and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex IoT solutions.

- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively across various stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and customers.

Work Location:

- While Mumbai is our preferred base location, we are open to discussing remote working arrangements for exceptional candidates.
