SuperStuff is looking to hire a SEO Executive for our brand partner which is a Software Solutions company based in Hyderabad. More about the role, below :


Position Overview: The SEO Executive will be responsible for developing and executing

comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, drive traffic, and improve

search engine rankings. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of SEO

principles, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in the software industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to the company's products and target audience.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high- value opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Link Building: Implement white-hat link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve off-page SEO.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, gaps, and opportunities for SEO improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company's SEO strategy remains effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably within the software or technology industry
  3. Proven experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar
  4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  5. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics
  6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  2. Knowledge of PPC and SEM strategies.
  3. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  4. Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites.
