The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end solutions.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN + Python) with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing Fintech & SaaS development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that handle GST compliance, invoicing, payments, lending, accounting, and other financial workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)Build responsive, performant, and secure front-end experiences with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Mobx/Zustand)Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js + Express.jsDesign and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for high-volume financial transactionsIntegrate third-party financial APIs (Payment Gateways, Banking APIs, GSTN APIs, etc.)Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developersCollaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teamsWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)Required Skills & Experience5–10 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MERN stackDeep understanding of React.js (v16.8+) – Hooks, Context, Suspense, Concurrent ModeStrong backend development experience with Node.js + Express.jsExpertise in MongoDB (Aggregation Pipeline, Indexes, Transactions)Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practicesExperience with modern authentication (JWT, OAuth2, Session management)Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, DockerFintech domain knowledge (GST invoicing, e-Invoicing, TDS, reconciliation) is a big plusFamiliarity with modern tools & frameworks (Redux Toolkit, Vite, Next.js optional)Good to HaveHands-on experience with FastAPI (Python) and building high-performance REST/GraphQL APIsExperience with Blockchain development especially Solidity programming will be a plusExposure to microservices architectureKnowledge of Next.js (App Router / Pages Router)Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, ElasticsearchUnderstanding of Indian GST laws & compliance workflowsContribution to open-source projects or strong GitHub portfolio.
