How you should be ?We are hiring QA Lead with 7+ years of work experience as in the IT industry. Below is the detailed job description for you will do ?- Lead and manage the QA team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and test plan to meet project requirements and timelines.- Define testing methodologies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective testing practices across projects.- Oversee the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.- Manage the defect tracking process, including defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure early defect detection and resolution, as well as to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between teams.- Develop and implement test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and accuracy.- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on the impact and likelihood of defects.- Analyze customer feedback and reported issues to identify areas for improvement and prioritize future testing efforts.- Monitor and track key quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of testing activities and drive continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.- Generate and maintain documentation related to testing activities, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and release notes.- Provide training, guidance, and support to QA team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and expertise in quality assurance practices and tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to ensure alignment on quality goals, priorities, and we are looking for ?- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience (7+ years) in software quality assurance and testing.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Experience in leading and managing QA teams in a fast-paced software development environment.- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are desirable.
