Role Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales and promoting Avana's Sports Medicine products across the assigned territory. The role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion, customer relationship management, and ensuring clinical support to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Promote Avana's Sports Medicine product portfolio to orthopedic clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within the assigned region.

- Plan and execute targeted marketing and sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct clinical product demonstrations and presentations to doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital staff to enhance product awareness and adoption.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, order processing, primary and secondary sales, and after-sales service.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including orthopedic surgeons, hospital management, and distributors.

- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, territory-wise sales data, and regular forecasting updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory to ensure regular customer visits and market development.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline. And MBA in sales and marketing

- 2 - 5 years of field sales experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry, preferably in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent networking abilities.

- Sound understanding of orthopedic and sports-related medical needs.

- Ability to plan strategically and execute sales and marketing activities independently.

- Good knowledge of clinical product applications and hospital buying processes.

- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Number of new leads generated and converted into sales.

- Customer satisfaction and relationship management scores.

- Number of successful clinical product demonstrations.

- Timely and accurate sales reporting.

- Growth of market share in the assigned territory.
