Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Prompt Engineer who will focus on crafting effective AI prompts, refining output, and ensuring ethical considerations in AI-driven processes. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of AI models, output evaluation, and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement effective prompts to drive AI model interactions and achieve optimal results.

- Evaluate the quality and relevance of AI outputs, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance.

- Continuously refine prompts based on performance monitoring and analysis.

- Monitor the performance of AI models and adjust strategies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize AI solutions and deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, prompt design, or related fields.

- Strong understanding of AI models and prompt crafting techniques.

- Experience in performance monitoring, output analysis, and ethical considerations in AI systems.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education :

- B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Similar qualification in Computer Science
