The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of AI models, output evaluation, and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement effective prompts to drive AI model interactions and achieve optimal results.- Evaluate the quality and relevance of AI outputs, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance.- Continuously refine prompts based on performance monitoring and analysis.- Monitor the performance of AI models and adjust strategies to ensure efficiency and accuracy.- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize AI solutions and deliverables.Required Skills and Experience :- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, prompt design, or related fields.- Strong understanding of AI models and prompt crafting techniques.- Experience in performance monitoring, output analysis, and ethical considerations in AI systems.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Education :- B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Similar qualification in Computer Science (ref:hirist.tech)
