Youll work closely with the CIO to align analytics initiatives with business goals, ensuring data integrity, governance, and innovation across and Responsibility :- Strategic Leadership- Define and execute the organizations analytics roadmap in alignment with CIOs vision.- Champion data-driven decision-making across business units.- Data Governance & Architecture- Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance frameworks.- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.- Advanced Analytics & BI- Lead development of dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics.- Implement tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAP SAC or Qlik for enterprise reporting.- Team Management- Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.- Stakeholder Engagement- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify analytics opportunities.- Translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
