Qua is a modern-age womenswear brand that is committed to elevating modern women. As we are expanding, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and lead Qua's social media presence across platforms.

NOTE- We are NOT looking for freelancers or agencies. This is on-location full-time only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with QUA's brand vision and business goals.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of engaging photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each platform.
  • Manage and grow QUA's presence on Instagram, Pinterest, , and other relevant platforms.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Foster an active and engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Copywriting for social media and other channels
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, optimise content, and implement insights for better results.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to keep QUA ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Must have an excellent understanding of social media, audience community, trends, etc. You live and breathe Instagram
  • Ability to ideate and execute creative, trend-driven content.
  • Experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion branding.
  • Experience working with photographers, designers, and content creators is a plus.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
