About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Databricks to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven initiatives, architect scalable data solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.


Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Optimize data workflows and ensure high performance across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Lead data science projects end-to-end, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring.

- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science and Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, and MLflow.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data wrangling.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management Qualifications :

- Certifications in Azure Data Engineer or Databricks.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
