Job Profile: Space & Experiential Designer — Rewiz DesignJob Location: Bengaluru, Onsite. About the Role At Rewiz Design, we transform brands into immersive retail and spatial experiences. As aSpace & Experiential Designer, you will play a key role in shaping environments that blend storytelling, innovation, and craftsmanship across retail, exhibitions, events, and brand installations.1. Design & Conceptualization Create immersive branded environments:Develop fresh, compelling, and experience-driven concepts aligned with Rewiz’s design ethos for retail spaces, VM setups, exhibitions, and experiential zones. Research-driven design:Understand user behaviour, brand identity, market trends, and project goals to inform thoughtful design solutions. Concept development & presentations:Craft visually strong design decks, mood boards, sketches, 3D renders, and presentations for internal and client reviews. Leverage emerging technologies:Bring innovation into spatial design by integrating AR/VR previews, interactive media, digital retail elements, and AI-driven design tools wherever relevant.2. Project Execution & Delivery End-to-end design ownership:Drive projects from the conceptual stage to on-ground execution, ensuring design intent is maintained through fabrication and installation. Cross-functional collaboration:Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, fabricators, and Rewiz’s in-house production units to deliver seamless outcomes. Timeline & budget management:Plan effectively, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets. Quality assurance:Uphold Rewiz’s high standards of craftsmanship and detailing across all deliverables.3. Client Relations & Business Growth Client engagement:Build strong client partnerships by understanding their needs, translating them into impactful experiences, and consistently exceeding expectations. Opportunity development:Identify potential clients and projects, contributing to Rewiz’s growth in retail, experiential, and brand environment segments. Presentation & negotiation:Confidently present concepts, communicate the value of design solutions, and support proposal building and contract discussions. Industry presence:Represent Rewiz at design events, retail forums, exhibitions, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility.4. Innovation & Professional Development Stay ahead of the curve:Keep up with global design trends, materials, retail tech, fabrication innovation, and emerging experiential formats. Skill enhancement:Continuously evolve through workshops, learning programs, and personal exploration. Team contribution:Mentor junior designers, share best practices, and contribute to raising the creative and operational standards of the team. Explore new methodologies:Experiment with new tools, workflows, material applications, and spatial storytelling techniques to push Rewiz’s design practice forward.Educational Qualification:B Arch, NID etc. Software:Auto CAD, 3D Max/ Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
