About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in SAP Fieldglass and Managed Service Provider (MSP) processes. The successful candidate will manage strategic projects, drive measurable business outcomes, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects involving SAP Fieldglass implementation, optimization, and integrations.
  • Oversee MSP programs, ensuring seamless operations and process excellence.
  • Drive end-to-end project management activities – planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery – with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
  • Establish overall project governance including the creation and adaptation of project documentation.
  • Execute project planning from pre-sales engagement, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and migration to business-as-usual (BAU) operation.
  • Proactively report project outcomes, progress, risks, and escalations, including preparation of weekly status and steerco meeting documentation.
  • Manage all project resources – internal and external – to perform tasks according to plan and budget, as required.
  • Facilitate customer and team status meetings, maintain and distribute project tracking and status documentation.
  • Produce and distribute agendas where agreed prior.
  • Develop and implement a robust communications plan to ensure successful management of change.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate organizational, site, and functional area assessment workshops.
  • Maintain knowledge of various VMS partner applications to support program workflow definition, initial configuration of customer instances, and assist in responding to customer questions and concerns.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the Global CoE implementation methodology.
  • Discuss project planning and issues with customers (as appropriate).
  • Conduct project close-out and lessons learned meetings internally and with customers, including the implementation of process improvement recommendations.
  • Assist with sales activities as required.
About You

We are looking for a self-directed and energetic Project Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Expertise in SAP Fieldglass.
  • Excellence in using Monday.com.
  • Experience working in an MSP/RPO/SOW environment.
  • Experience in leading and delivering previous software and systems implementations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate highly technical concepts across all levels of the business.
  • Goal-orientated, action-focused with an ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) frameworks for workforce management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage projects using Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and delivering complex projects within tight timelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge or certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

The following skills and experience are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies to manage communication and engagement of all impacted stakeholders.
