We are seeking a highly innovative and skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our mission. This role is a unique opportunity to leverage your strong backend/frontend/platform capability and knowledge in cloud

Infrastructure and apps to make people’s life better. As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a crucial part in defining and developing the core technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and other engineering teams, to deliver high-quality AI-based mobile solutions that meet our business needs. 


 

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Mobile Application Development: 

o    Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. 

o    Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience. 

o    Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and business requirements. 

·         Back-End Development: 

o    Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile functionality. 

o    Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase to manage data storage and retrieval. 

o    Ensure data integrity and security in all interactions between the mobile app and server. 

·         Front-End Development: 

o    Build and optimize mobile interfaces using technologies like React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter. 

o    Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility. 

·         Platform: 

o    Build and optimize large-scale, highly efficient and highly reliable multi-tenant, multi-agent Platform. 

o    Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile apps and multiple B2B partners. 

o    Build data foundation and pipelines for ML model training. 

·         Integration and Deployment: 

o    Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing, building, and deployment of mobile applications. 

o    Work with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deploy back-end services. 

·         Performance Optimization: 

o    Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

o    Monitor and address performance issues, crashes, and other technical challenges. 

·         Testing and Quality Assurance: 

o    Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability of the mobile applications. 

o    Collaborate with QA teams to conduct manual and automated testing. 

·         Collaboration: 

o    Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables. 

o    Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and mentor junior engineers. 


Qualifications: 

·         Education: 

o    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area. 

·         Experience: 

o    5+ years of experience in full stack, backend or mobile development. 

o    Proven experience of designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web and mobile applications using Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript or Go. 

o    Proven experience with frontend mobile technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter). 

o    Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 


Skills: 

o    Strong understanding of large-scale platforms. 

o    Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices. 

o    Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. 

o    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. 

o    Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

o    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 


 

   Preferred Qualifications: 

o    Experience in Django, Node.js frameworks. 

o    Experience with mobile DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. 

o    Familiarity with machine learning or AI applications integration in mobile apps. 

o    Knowledge of security best practices for mobile app development. 

o    Experience with mobile app analytics and performance monitoring tools.
