As a Client Servicing Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams. Your role will be to ensure client satisfaction, resolve queries, and help maintain lasting relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in client relations and account management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


●     Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication and building long-term relationships.

●     Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to deliver projects on time and in line with client expectations.

●     Client Updates: Regularly update clients on project progress and address concerns proactively.

●     Feedback Management: Collect and act on client feedback to improve service quality.

●     Issue Resolution: Spot issues early, offering solutions or escalating when needed.

●     Client Reports: Deliver performance reports showcasing project success and areas for improvement.

●     Strategic Input: Help prepare proposals and presentations, offering insights for strategic recommendations.

●     Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to enhance client strategies.


Requirements:


●     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

●     Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

●     Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

●     Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

●     Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

●     4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Advertising/Digital Agencies

●     Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
