HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting key HR functions while aligning HR practices with business goals.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, and a strong background in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing HR expertise in areas such as organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Lead and support the talent acquisition process, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
- Partner with business leaders to foster a performance-driven culture through coaching, feedback, and effective performance management practices.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, career development, and exit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the central HR team on compensation and benefits planning, learning & development programs, and HR systems.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Full-time MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute is a must.
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in core HR roles, with at least 5 years as an HRBP.
- Mandatory experience working in a manufacturing setupplant HR experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
